1 cup seviyan
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar (to taste)
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
1 tbsp raisins
Roast seviyan in ghee until its golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
Pour milk in the pan and bring it to a boil. Once bubbles form, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add roasted seviya to milk and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir in sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in cardamom powder and saffron milk. Add ghee roasted chopped nuts. Serve warm.
