1 cup cornmeal (fubá) 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup melted butter 3 eggs 1 tbsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 175C and grease a cake pan.
Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Whisk eggs, coconut milk, and melted butter then mix it with dry ingredients.
Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool then slice and serve.
