2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup melted chocolate
Set the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare rectangular or square baking pans by greasing and lining them.
Combine flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
Combine honey, sugar, milk, and egg in another bowl and mix well.
Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir well until the batter is smooth.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
Allow the cake to cool and cut into squares. Melt chocolate and coat each piece with it. Chill for setting the chocolate and serve.
