Leftover red velvet cake
1/3 cup cream cheese frosting
340 g white candy melts or chocolate
Crumble the leftover cake in a bowl. Add cream cheese frosting to the cake and mix until it it holds together when pressed.
Take small amounts of the crumb and roll it into balls between your palms. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate to make it firm.
While the cake balls chill, melt the chocolate or candy melts in the heated microwave.
Once cake pops are set, poke them with a toothpick and dip them in melted candy pops or chocolate.
Sprinkle colourful confetti or chocolate chips on the pops after dipping them for presentation and place the cake pops right up on a foam block to set.
Let it completely harden in the fridge and enjoy.
