4 tbsp milk
½ tbsp white vinegar
1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp vanilla
Gel red food color
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
1 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp heavy cream
1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Combine milk, vinegar, oil and vanilla in a 354 ml microwave-safe. Use a fork to mix the ingredients.
Add the drops of red food coloring and keep adding until the color is strong red. Add sifted cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine sugar and whisk to make a smooth batter.
Microwave the cake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 90 seconds. Once done, take the cake out and let it cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream cheese frosting and once the cake is cooled, top it with the frosting and enjoy.
