1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream (or yogurt)
½ cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup flour
3 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
¼ cup chocolate chips
Set the oven to 175°C and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
Mix brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and butter until crumbly. Stir in chocolate chips.
Combine all the dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugar separately followed by eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and coffee. Combine both mixes.
Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with prepared streusel. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
