1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup butter
¼ cup honey
¼ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Toast Sesame seeds in a pan on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Let cool.
Whisk butter and honey together to make a smooth mixture.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and powdered sugar separately in a bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture gradually. Mix until a dough forms. Adjust consistency with milk.
Now add toasted sesame seeds and mix evenly into the dough.
Shape the dough balls into flattened Cookies and place on a lined tray. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake cookies for 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool at room temperature and serve.
