6 cups popped popcorn
1 cup Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate
½ cup caramel sauce
¼ cup unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
½ cup mixed crushed nuts
Pop the popcorn kernels and place in a large mixing bowl.
Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in brown sugar and heavy cream. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add some salt.
Pour warm caramel sauce on popcorn and toss. Let cool slightly then scoop to make bite-sized clusters.
Melt Dairy Milk Silk chocolate and dip the clusters in it, coating evenly. Place it on a lined tray and set in the fridge. Serve and enjoy.
