1 liter full-fat milk
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
3 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Heat milk on low, stirring frequently, until the milk halves in volume and thickens.
Mix in sugar, cardamom powder, and cocoa powder, stirring well to dissolve all of them nicely.
Add chopped chocolate, and allow it to melt fully into the thickened milk for a smooth texture.
Fold in chopped walnuts, allowing their nutty texture to balance the creamy, chocolatey rabdi.
Serve warm or cold, topped with additional walnuts and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Enjoy your Eid treat.
