200g Dairy Milk Silk chocolate
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (90g) white chocolate
6 different gel food colors
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt Dairy Milk Silk chocolate and butter together. Whisk in sgar, eggs, and vanilla then sift in flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold in gently.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, let cool completely.
Divide melted white chocolate into six bowls and tint each with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple colors.
Drizzle the prepared white chocolate colored drizzle over cooled brownies. Garnish with rainbow sprinkles and serve.
