50g basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
500ml full-fat milk
80g Cadbury Silk chocolate (chopped)
3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom powder
20g walnuts (roasted and chopped)
Ghee is heated in a pan, soaked basmati rice is added, and sautéed for a minute until lightly scented to add flavor.
Full-fat milk is poured in, gently brought to a boil, and the rice is cooked on low heat until soft and creamy.
Add in sugar, cardamom, and chopped Cadbury Silk chocolate, stirring constantly as the chocolate dissolves into a silky, velvety texture.
Garnish with roasted walnuts for a nutty crunch, and serve warm or cold as an opulent Eid dessert. Indulge and delight!
