1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
½ cup sour cream (or yogurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted Dairy Milk Silk chocolate
¼ cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 9-inch cake pan.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, coffee, and sour cream.
Combine wet and dry mixes then pour the batter into the prepared pan. Melt Dairy Milk Silk chocolate with heavy cream, drizzle onto batter and swirl with a skewer.
Top with chocolate chips, bake for 30-35 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes then serve warm.
