1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup chhena
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Oil for greasing
Blend chhena and rice flour until smooth.
Form into little clusters or balls.
The formed mixture should be cooked in a steamer for 15 to 20 minutes to solidify.
To make syrup
bring water and sugar to a boil.
For ten to fifteen minutes
soak the steamed balls in heated syrup.
Let cool completely before serving.
