2 packets- orange cream biscuits
1 cup- milk
1 cup- fresh cream
2 tbsp- powdered sugar
1 tsp- orange zest
2 tbsp- orange juice
1 tsp- gelatin
2 tbsp- chopped almonds and pistachios
Whip fresh cream with powdered sugar, orange juice and orange zest until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
Dip orange cream biscuits in milk to soften.
Place a layer of biscuits in a dish, spread the cream mixture evenly and repeat layers until all biscuits and cream are used.
Pour gelatin on top for extra firmness, and chill for at least 3-4 hours, check in between to if it is settled.
Once settled, sprinkle with chopped almonds and pistachios, cut in slices and serve cold.
