1/2 cup sabudana
3 cups full-fat milk
1/4 cup sugar or jaggery
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
8-10 saffron strands
2 tbsp chopped nuts
Rinse sabudana and soak it in water for 2-3 hours until doubled in size.
Heat milk and bring it to a boil. Simmer it while stirring.
Drain soaked sabudana and add it to boiling milk. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in your preferred sweetener. Dissolve it completely.
Add cardamom powder or saffron. Garnish with nuts and serve.
