1 liter full-fat milk
200 g paneer (crumbled)
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped pistachios for garnish
Heat milk in a pan until it becomes slightly thickened.
Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens after adding the crumbled paneer.
Add cardamom powder and condensed milk
and heat until a grainy consistency is achieved.
Place the mixture onto a tray that has been oiled and top with pistachios.
After letting it set
cut it into squares.
