4 leftover croissants (preferably a day old)
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips for flavor
Preheat oven to 175°C and grease baking dish with butter.
Break stale croissants into bite sized pieces and spread it out on the greased dish.
Mix milk, heavy cream, vanilla, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Pour it onto croissant pieces.
Top the pudding with chocolate chips or nuts and bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Once baked, let cool slightly and serve.
