1 shot (30 ml) espresso or strong brewed coffee
150 ml milk (any type)
30 g dark chocolate (chopped)
1-2 teaspoons cocoa powder (optional)
1-2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener (to taste)
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Prepare the espresso or strong coffee and keep it away.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.
Add the chopped dark chocolate and cocoa powder (if used) and whisk until smooth and completely melted.
Stir well after adding the coffee or espresso to the chocolate milk mixture. Enjoy your rich mocha after pouring it into a cup and, if you'd like, topping it with whipped cream.
