2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 + 1/3 cup sugar 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1/2 cup warm milk 1/4 cup melted butter Orange zest 1 cup powdered sugar 2–3 tbsp orange juice
Mix milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Add butter, orange zest and flour then make a dough.
Combine softened butter, sugar and orange zest for filling.
Roll out the dough then spread filling evenly. Roll the dough into a log and arrange on a greased cake pan. Let sit.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
Mix powdered sugar and orange juice to make a glaze. Drizzle it on the warm cake and serve.
