100 g dark chocolate
2 pears, peeled and diced
100 g walnuts, chopped
150 g sugar
2 eggs
100 g flour
In a heatproof dish set over simmering water, melt dark chocolate while stirring until shiny and smooth.
Chop them into small pieces and then gently incorporate them into the chocolate mixture that has melted.
Prepare the batter by beating the eggs and sugar until they are frothy. Then, add the flour, walnuts, and chocolate-pear mixture until it is smooth.
Pour batter into a greased pan, bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C, and then let cool before serving.
