1 box vegan cake mix
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped nuts or chocolate chips for topping
Grease your baking tins and preheat the oven to 175°C or 350°F.
Combine the cake mix, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, water, vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour the batter into cake tins and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven as per the instructions on the package and check with a toothpick after 25-30 minutes. Once done, take out the cake.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added flavour, slice and serve the cake.
