1 cup rice flour
½ cup grated coconut
½ cup jaggery
½ cup coconut milk
½ tsp cardamom powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
Mix rice flour, grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, salt, and baking powder. Add coconut milk gradually and stir to make batter.
Grease a steaming pan and line with banana leaves. Pour batter into pan and steam for 20-25 minutes at medium heat.
Let the cake cool. Slice it up and serve warm.
