For the Recipe
- Rice Cracked - 20 gm (4 pieces)
- Peanut butter - 35 gm (30ml)
- Banana - 120 gm (1 piece)
- Sunflower seeds - 6 gm (10 ml)
- Cadbury Bournville Dark - 40 gm (32 ml)
Directions
Roast sunflower seeds.
Add a layer of peanut butter to the rice cake.
Slice the banana.
Melt Dark Chocolate and set aside.
Layer the sliced banana and sunflower seeds on the rice cake.
Pour the melted chocolate on it.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate becomes hard and serve.
TIPS:
Add any nuts and seeds of your choice. You can also add a variety of fruits.
