- 50gm Dairy Milk chocolate
- ½ cup warm milk
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup soaked chia seeds
- 1 spoon honey
- ½ cup chopped Avocado
Directions
Take warm milk and add chocolate to it.
Give it a good mix till chocolate melts.
In a blending jar add rolled oats.
Add chopped Avocado to the jar.
Add soaked chia seeds to the mix.
Add honey for sweetness.
Add chocolate milk in the end.
