Ingredients

serving
For the Recipe
- ¾ cup of marshmallows
- 3 tbsp of Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 2 tbsp of Cadbury Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup of milk
Directions
Dice the chocolate.
In a pan add milk, cocoa powder and diced chocolate.
Let it come to simmer and pour it in a cup.
Put the marshmallow onto the skewers.
Roast the marshmallows.
Now, put the roasted marshmallows on top of the hot chocolate and dust it with cocoa powder.
You can add ice to make this drink cold in the summer months.
Instead of Cadbury Dairy Milk, you can use other Cadbury chocolates, such as Silk and Bournville. You can also use white chocolate or some flavored one, if you want to experiment.
If you are unsure that the chocolate will melt evenly, you can also melt it in the microwave beforehand and then mix it into the milk.
When it comes to marshmallows, they usually contain egg and gelatin, but you may be able to find artisanal ones that are vegan. While most are plain, you may also find flavored ones in stores.
To give the hot chocolate a different flare and depth of flavor, consider adding orange extract, vanilla or almond extract. You can also add some type of fruit or nut liqueur, even coffee liqueur. However, be sure to drink responsibly.
You can also further customize the hot chocolate with caramel syrup or cinnamon powder.
You can also sweeten the drink with condensed milk. This will also thicken the hot chocolate significantly and make it richer in both taste and texture.
