Preheat oven to 160°C.
Take a bowl. Add 12 Oreo Cookies. Crush them until they turn into fine powder.
Mix the cookies with the melted butter.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate. Press it to the bottom of the pan.
Place 13 Oreo Cookies cookies vertically on the sides of the pie plate. Press them into the crust gently, so they stay firm.
Take a large bowl. Add the cream cheese and sugar. Mix them with a mixer until well combined.
Slowly beat in the milk until blended.
Add the flour and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat the mixture on low speed after each addition until it is blended. Do not overmix.
Pour the cream cheese mixture on the cookie crust. Drizzle the dulce de leche. Use a small spatula to swirl it into the cheesecake batter.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the centre of the pie is almost set. Let the pie cool completely, and then refrigerate for two hours.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with the Oreo Cookie. Oreo Dulce de Leche Ceesecake Pie is ready!
