- 200 gm gulab jamun mix
- 200 ml water
- 500 ml oil for frying

- 200 ml water (for sugar syrup)
- 1-2 cardamom pods, crushed (optional)
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix the gulab jamun mix with water as per the package instructions to make a soft dough. Roll the dough into small balls, around half the size of regular gulab jamuns, as they will expand when frying.
- Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Fry the gulab jamun balls in batches until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- For the syrup, mix the sugar, water, and cardamom pods in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Soak the fried gulab jamuns in the warm sugar syrup for 20-30 minutes before serving. These mini gulab jamuns are perfect for little hands and make for a sweet bite-sized treat.
2. Rainbow Fruit Smoothie
Colorful, nutritious, and easy for kids who love a fruity, refreshing drink.
Ingredients:
- 100 gm strawberries
- 100 gm mangoes
- 100 gm blueberries
- 100 gm pineapple chunks
- 100 gm yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 ml milk (optional, for consistency)
Procedure:
- Blend each fruit separately with a little yogurt and honey.
- Layer the smoothie in clear glasses, starting with strawberries, then mango, pineapple, and blueberries, to create a rainbow effect. Kids will love the colors, and they can mix the smoothie together before drinking. If it’s too thick, add a bit of milk for a smoother consistency. Or you could make an Oreo Shake.
3. No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
A fuss-free cake that doesn’t require baking, this chocolate biscuit cake is a perfect DIY treat for kids.
Ingredients:
- 200 gm digestive biscuits, broken into small pieces
- 100 gm chocolate, melted
- 50 gm butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, mix the melted chocolate, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk until smooth. Add the broken biscuits and stir until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking tin, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least two hours, then slice and serve.

- 200 gm grated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 150 gm condensed milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 20 wooden skewers or lollipop sticks
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix the grated coconut, condensed milk, and cardamom powder until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, then roll each ball in extra grated coconut for a snowy finish.
- Insert a skewer or lollipop stick into each ladoo. These “ladoo pops” are easy to hold, fun to eat, and capture the essence of traditional Indian sweets with a playful twist.
5. Mini Fruit Tarts

- 150 gm mini tart shells (store-bought)
- 200 gm cream cheese, softened
