  • 203 gm butter
  • 404 gm sugar
  • 101 gm cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk or cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 201 gm chocolate chips
  • 102 ml cream

Method:

  1. First, you have to set your oven to 180°C.
  2. Then, you also have to line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and set it aside to be baked later.
  3. In a medium bowl, you need to whisk in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, you need to whisk the egg yolks, milk, oil, and vanilla extract together.
  5. You have to gradually pour the dry ingredients into the egg yolk mixture, and whisk everything until the ingredients are very well incorporated.
  6. Next, you have to whisk the egg whites with a machine whisk until stiff peaks form.
