Method:

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, grated coconut, fennel seeds, and cardamom powder.
  3. Incorporate ghee: Add melted ghee to the flour mixture and rub it in until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
