For the Recipe
- 5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 pieces eggs
- 4 tsp powdered sugar
- Chopped berries & mint for decoration
Directions
Finely Chop Cadbury Bournville chocolates.
Now take a bowl & add egg yolks & chopped chocolate.
Now mix it nicely.
Take another bowl & beat egg white until it reaches stiff peaks.
Now mix egg white with chocolate mix.
Now mix gently & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take a ramekin bowl & sprinkle some powdered sugar.
Pour the mixer in ramekin bowl & microwave for 10 minutes on 200°C. Remove from the oven and decorate with berries & mint topping & serve.
Do not refrigerate souffle and serve it immediately.
Room temperature egg whites hold more volume, so if you can bring them to room temperature before beginning with this recipe, that would be helpful.
