For the Cupcake

  • Unsalted butter –  1 cup
  • Icing Sugar – 3/4 Cups
  • Eggs – 2 medium sizes
  • Flour – 3/4 Cups
  • Fresh lemon juice – 15 ml
  • Lemon zest – a few
  • Baking powder – 2.5 ml
  • Salt – a pinch

For the Ganache

  • Cadbury Diary Milk Chocolate – 2/3 Cups
  • Fresh Cream - 2/5 Cups

Directions

For the Cupcake:

In a clean bowl, sift in the icing sugar and beat it with the butter using handheld blender until pale yellow and puffy.
