  • 6 pieces  of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup  cashews
  • ¼ cup  butter
  • ½ cup  corn syrup
  • 1 tsp  salt

Directions

Bournville Chocolate Covered Cashew Brittle - Dry roast cashews
Step 1

Dry roast cashews until slightly brown.

Take a pan, add butter & Cadbury Bournville chocolate. Cook until melted.

Now add corn syrup.

Line a parchment paper on a tray and pour melted chocolate. Now add roasted cashews on top.
