Mihidana, meaning "fine grains," is a traditional Bengali sweet originating in Bardhaman, West Bengal. On invitation of Maharaja Vijaychand Mahatab, Lord Curzon visited Bardhaman. To memorize the welcome lunch of Lord Curzon, Maharaja ordered Vairabchandra Nag, a sweet-maker of the town, to prepare something new and unique which would amaze the Lord. For the Recipe
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup ghee or oil
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
For the Syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
For choco tart
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cold butter
- Cocoa Powder
Directions

Take Cadbury bars, break it into small pieces.

Melt and whisk.

Make choco tarts by combining butter, sugar, salt and Cadbury cocoa powder. Prepare the mihidana noodles by mixing gram flour with water and deep frying. Once ready, fill the tarts with mihidana.

Fill the centre with melted chocolate and garnish.
