For the Ice Cream Cake
- 36 nos Oreo CookiesBuy
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 6 cups Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1½ cups Whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Chocolate fudge
- 2 tbsp Salted caramel
Directions

Step 01
Take a bowl. Add 16 Oreo Cookies. Crush them until they turn into fine powder.

Add the melted butter. Mix well.

Take a 9-inch springform pan. Press the Oreo mix into the bottom of the pan. Cover it with the softened vanilla ice cream.

For the next layer, cover the ice cream with 16 Oreo Cookies. Top it up with one cup of whipped cream.

Freeze for four hours or until firm.

Run a knife around the rim of the pan, so the cake stops sticking to it. Remove the rim to take the cake out of the pan.

Drizzle chocolate fudge on the cake and then top it up with the salted caramel.

Take the remaining Oreo Cookies and cut them in half.
