1. Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Cadbury Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
Instructions:
- Take a medium saucepan, add the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt, whisk to mix.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat, and slowly pour the milk into the pan, making sure to whisk constantly.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to whisk for 1 more minute, as the mixture will start to thicken. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla into it until the butter has melted.
- Pour the chocolate custard into individual serving dishes or into a larger one to scoop out later.
- Cover the surface with plastic wrap, and press it directly onto the surface of the pudding to avoid forming a skin. Chill for at least 1 hour or overnight if you are making ahead.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
2. Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- A dash of salt
- 3 tbsp milk (any kind of milk)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Brush the bottom of a microwave-safe mug or coffee cup with melted butter.
- Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into the mug and stir to mix.
- Next, pour the milk, canola oil, and vanilla extract, and stir again until smooth. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the mug to get everything.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter.
- Microwave the mug for 1-2 minutes until the mug cake is just set, and barely shiny on top.
- Let the cake rest in the microwave for 1 minute before consuming.
3. Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate of choice (Cadbury Bournville, Dairy Milk Chocolate)
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, with stems attached
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries well, pat them dry thoroughly.
- Add a handful of toppings, your mother likes, perhaps crushed nuts or coconut, in separate small plates. Then line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper.
- Microwave the chocolate for 2-3 minutes, pausing at 30-second intervals, to stir, until the chocolate has melted. Stir often, to avoid burning the chocolate.
- Take one strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate. Then lift the strawberry from the chocolate and twist a bit, letting the excess chocolate fall off.
- You can leave it plain or roll it in coconut or nuts and then place the strawberry on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
- If you are using white chocolate as well, create a contrast by dipping a fork into melted white chocolate and drizzle it over the milk or dark chocolate coated strawberries.
- Chill the strawberries until the chocolate sets, about 15 minutes.
4. Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients:
- 1 pack chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pack frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
- 3/4 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (4 cracker sheets)
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated chocolate
Instructions:
- Whisk the instant pudding mix, milk and sour cream in a bowl until blended and smooth.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping into the bowl.
- Then spoon 1 tablespoon of the crumbs into each 6 dessert glasses, and top with 1/3 cup pudding mixture. Repeat layers with remaining mixes.
- Top each parfait evenly with remaining whipped topping and grated chocolate. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
5. Chocolate Mousse

(Serves 6)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Cadbury Bournville 50% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- A tiny pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
Instructions:
- Chop down the dark chocolate into small pieces. Add the cubed butter into the bowl and set aside.
- Take a big saucepan, add egg yolks, sugar, water, and salt. Cook the mixture while whisking, directly over medium-low heat.
- Once it starts to thicken, and is hot to the touch, add the chocolate and butter, and whisk until all melted and smooth.
- Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes, whisking occasionally.
- Meanwhile, whisk cold cream until almost stiff peaks form.
- Scoop up about 1/3 of chocolate mixture into the whipped cream bowl, and fold with a spatula until almost incorporated.
- Then fold in the remaining chocolate carefully.
- Transfer the mousse into 4 serving dishes. Wrap the tops and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
