- 2–3 tbsp heavy cream

Method:
Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease two 8-inch round cake pans, lining them with parchment paper.
In one bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another, whisk the oil, sugar, melted Biscoff spread, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk. Stir gently to avoid overmixing, then pour the batter into the prepared pans.
