  • 125 gm plain flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  3. In another bowl, mix together sugar, flour, and whole milk.
  4. To the mixture, add egg yolks, and whisk it until smooth.
  5. Then, you can fold the melted chocolate into the milk mixture.
  6. After that, you will have to beat egg whites to form stiff peaks.
  7. Next, you can fold in the whipped egg whites with the chocolate mixture.
  8. You will have to grease a soufflé dish, and then pour the batter into it, and let it bake for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Once out of the oven, you can serve it warm with some powdered sugar on top.

For the white chocolate soufflé, you can use white chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate chips, and add 1 tsp lemon zest for more flavor.

It is important to note that replacing dark chocolate with white can make the soufflé somewhat excessively sweet, reducing its depth of taste, and thereby affecting the richness and indulgence.

In the white chocolate tarts, you just have to use white chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate, and 1 tsp orange zest to taste. You can add less sugar because white chocolate is already sweet. The resultant is a dessert that, even though tasty, lacks a certain depth, and can become watery unless it is carefully made.
