Ingredients:
- 300 gm all-purpose flour
- 150 gm sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 120 gm unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 medium apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
- 100 gm brown sugar
- 50 gm oats (for topping)
Method:
- First and foremost, you need to preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners.
- Then, you have to take a bowl and mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- After this, you need to take another bowl and make sure to whisk the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and ensure they mix properly. Then fold the diced apples into the resultant mixture.
- Now, please spoon the batter into the muffin cups.

- 300 gm apples (peeled, cored, and grated)

Method:
- First, you have to preheat the oven to 175°C. Then, make sure you are greasing a cake tin and keeping it aside for later use.
- Once done, take a bowl and whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
- Then, in another bowl, make sure to beat the eggs and sugar until they form a light mixture, to which you should add the oil and milk.
- After this, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in the grated apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake. You can check the doneness of the dish by inserting a toothpick at the center and making sure it comes out clean.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until you have a smooth mixture.

Ingredients:
- 500 gm puff pastry (pre-made)
- 400 gm apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
- 80 gm sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 large egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Method:
- You need to first preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Then, you have to take a saucepan and cook the apples, with the sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch until the apples soften and the mixture thickens.
- Once done, you can roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Now, please place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
- After this, fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
