- 120 g oats
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- Handful of chocolate chips

- 180 g shredded carrots
- 75 g raisins

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
- Then add the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, and shredded carrots.
- Mix well, and finally incorporate the raisins and chopped nuts.

- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C and grease a 9 inch pie tin.
- First combine all the dry ingredients: chopped apples, salt, rolled oats, baking powder, and the spice powders in a large bowl.
- Then combine the wet ingredients, milk, maple syrup, oil, vanilla extract, and the two eggs in another bowl. Mix well.
- Then combine the wet ingredients with the dry ones and pour the batter into the greased pie tin.
