Ingredients:
- 395 gm condensed milk
- 117 gm butter
- 31 gm cocoa powder
- 7 gm vanilla extract
- 253 gm chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar (as per taste)
Method:
- For the first step, you have to mix the butter, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
- After this, take these ingredients in another big bowl and place it over low to medium heat in order for the concoction to become thick, while you stir it occasionally.
- Once the ingredients are mixed together, you can reduce the heat to a minimum and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Next, you need to let it cool to room temperature, after which you need to refrigerate it overnight.

Tres Leches Cake (Bolo de Três Leches):
Ingredients:
- 251 gm flour
- 202 gm sugar
- 11 gm baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 119 gm butter
- 4 eggs
- 242 ml evaporated milk
- 241 ml condensed milk
- 243 ml cream
- 6 gm vanilla extract
Method:
- For the first step of this dessert, you have to preheat the oven to 180°C, and also butter a large baking dish, and keep it for use later.
- After this, you have to mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Then, you should combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, butter and eggs together, until there are no lumps left.
- Next, you need to carefully add the milky mixture to the dry ingredients and give everything a good stir.
- Once your batter is ready, transfer it to the dish and let it bake for around 40 to 45 minutes.

- 243 ml coconut milk
- 122 gm granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 4 gm vanilla extract
- 31 gm coconut (grated)
- Sugar (as per taste)
Method:
- You have to first take a medium-sized bowl and in it, add the sugar, salt, and coconut milk.
- Once you have mixed these ingredients, you need to put it on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, and the concoction is hot.
- Please take another bowl and in it, you need to combine the vanilla extract with eggs.
- Next, you need to take care to gently add the warm coconut milk to the combination of eggs and vanilla extract, while you are whisking everything constantly to prevent lumps.
- Then, you ought to put this liquid back on the heat and let it cook while you're stirring it simultaneously. After some time, you will notice that the liquid mixture has started to thicken.
- At this step, make sure to mix the shredded coconut with the pudding.
