  • Almond slivers

Method:

  1. Grate the khoya and melt it in a non-stick pan over low heat.
  2. Add powdered sugar, almond powder, and cardamom powder, and mix well.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate separately and add it to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add cocoa powder and continue to stir until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  5. Grease a tray with ghee, pour the mixture, and flatten it evenly.
  6. Garnish with almond slivers and let it cool. Cut into squares and serve.
