Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake:
Ingredients:
- 200 gm Cadbury Bourneville Dark chocolate, chopped
- 200 gm milk chocolate, chopped
- 200 gm white chocolate, chopped
- 600 ml heavy cream
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tsp gelatin, divided
- 6 tbsp water, divided
- 200 gm digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100 gm unsalted butter, melted
Method:
- Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a 20 cm springform pan and refrigerate.
- Melt the Cadbury Bourneville Dark chocolate in a double boiler. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to the melted chocolate. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until the mixture forms soft peaks and fold it into the chocolate. Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat the process with milk chocolate, gelatin-water mix, and whipped heavy cream. Pour over the Cadbury Bourneville Dark chocolate layer and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat with white chocolate, gelatin-water mix, and whipped heavy cream. Pour over the milk chocolate layer and refrigerate until fully set.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve.
Raspberry Lemon Tart:
Ingredients:
- 200 gm all-purpose flour
- 100 gm unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 50 gm powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 200 gm lemon curd
- 150 gm fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
Method:
- To prepare the tart crust, take a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, chilled unsalted butter, and powdered sugar until the batter resembles breadcrumbs. Then, add the egg yolk and cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Wrap in a plastic wrap and chill for around 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and line a 20-cm tart pan. Prick the base with a fork and bake at 180°C for around 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
- Spread the lemon curd evenly over the cooled crust.
- Arrange fresh raspberries on top of the lemon curd. Melt the raspberry jam and brush over the raspberries for a shiny finish.
- Once done, you can slice it and serve it chilled.
Tiramisu Trifle:
Ingredients:
- 300 ml espresso, cooled
- 200 gm ladyfingers
- 500 gm mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 gm powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 gm cocoa powder
- 50 gm Cadbury Bourneville Dark chocolate shavings
Method:
- To prepare the cream layer, whip the mascarpone cheese with heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mix is smooth and fluffy.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled espresso and layer them at the bottom of a trifle dish. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
- Continue layering the soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream until you reach the top of the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours (or overnight) for the best flavor.
- Dust with 50 gm cocoa powder and top with 50 gm Cadbury Bourneville Dark chocolate shavings before serving.
Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars:
Ingredients:
- 200 gm graham crackers, crushed
- 100 gm unsalted butter, melted
- 400 gm cream cheese, softened
- 100 gm granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100 gm caramel sauce
Method:
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted unsalted butter. Press into a 20-cm square pan and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until it is a smooth mixture. After this, pour it over the crust.
- Now, toss the diced apples with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. After this, sprinkle it over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. But make sure to cool it completely.
- Once cooled, drizzle it with caramel sauce, cut into bars, and serve.
