Ingredients
- 300 gm chocolate sandwich cookies (for crumbs)
- 60 gm butter, melted
- 200 gm cream cheese, softened
- 60 gm granulated sugar
- 120 gm heavy cream
- 5 gm vanilla extract
- Mini Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor and blend into fine crumbs. mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Divide the cookie crumb mixture evenly among mini dessert cups, pressing the crumbs firmly into the bottom of each cup.
- In a bowl, whip softened cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, whipping on medium-high speed until the mixture becomes thick, light, and fluffy.
- Gently fold in some additional cookie crumbs into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag and pipe it into each cup until about ¾ full.
- Top each cup with a mini oreo cookie or a sprinkle of cookie crumbs. cover with lids, and chill the dessert cups in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
