Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 502 gm bread
  • 101 gm sugar
  • 104 gm brown sugar
  • 252 gm apples
  • 6 gm cinnamon
  • 3 gm nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 252 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 32 gm butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. For this recipe, you have to preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. While the oven is heating, you have to mix sugar, brown sugar, apples, cinnamon, bread, nutmeg, and salt properly.
  3. Then, take another bowl into which you have to add eggs, heavy cream, and butter, and whisk everything together till there are no lumps.
  4. Next, you need to take care to gently pour the wet mixture over the mixture that contains bread and give everything a good mix.
  5. After this, transfer it into your baking dish and let it bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Once done, you can serve it warm.

Chocolate Babka Bread

This is such a perfect combination of bread and chocolate that it is going to be a hit among adults and kids alike. Not only is it incredibly tasty, but also you can make it very healthy with a combination of nutrient-rich nuts.

Ingredients:

  • 252 ml milk
  • 11 gm yeast
  • 12 gm sugar
  • 502 gm flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 62 gm butter
  • 253 gm chocolate chips
  • 121 gm walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. For the first step, you have to set your oven to preheat to 190°C.
  2. Next, take a bowl and in it, add yeast, milk, sugar and give everything a good mix, after which, you need to let it sit for 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. During this time, you can add salt, flour and butter to a bowl and loosely mix everything together.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the mixture of flour, butter and salt to the milk mixture. This is where the work of kneading everything together into a soft dough lies.
  5. You have to make sure to knead it for 13 to 15 minutes, and keep an eye out for the texture to become elastic.
  6. Once properly needed, you have to spread the dough properly and do it, add walnuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Next, you have to gently roll it into the shape of a cylinder, and then cut it into 10 nearly equal sized pieces.
  8. After this, you just have to transfer these pieces on a greased baking tray and let them bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. What will come out is soft, succulent bread with the accentuated flavors of chocolate and nuts to bring in winter any time of the year.

Lemon Blueberry Bread Cake

Ingredients:

  • 254 ml milk
  • 12 gm yeast
  • 17 gm sugar
  • 503 gm flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 64 gm butter
  • 254 gm blueberries
  • 33 ml lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 18 gm butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C.
  2. For the next step, mix together yeast, sugar, milk, and let the mixture rise for 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. After around 10 minutes, you have to add salt, butter, flour to the yeast mixture and start to knead the dough.
  4. Once the dough is kneaded for around 15 minutes and has attained an elastic texture, you have to spread it out and add blueberries with lemon juice, and make sure to coat the dough evenly with them.
  5. After this, like in the last recipe, you need to gently fold the dough in the shape of a cylinder, and then cut 10 to 12 pieces.
  6. Then, take the pieces in your baking tray and let them bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
