For the Recipe
- 5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 pieces ripe bananas
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup oats
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions

In a bowl add rolled oats, desiccated coconut & baking soda.

Add baking powder after it.

Mix all dry ingredients gently.

In a blender mix milk and lemon juice.

Add oil to the same blender.

Then add vanilla essence.

Add mashed bananas & blend.

Pour the mixer with dry ingredients.

Finely Chop Cadbury Bournville chocolates.

Add chopped chocolate to the same bowl.

Mix everything gently until it mixes properly.

Pour the mixer in cupcake mould . Preheat microwave at 175 Celsius. Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F, then, keep the muffins in the oven until cool.
Muffins stay fresh covered at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
