For the Recipe
- 5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup chopped berries
Directions
In a pan add milk & Cadbury Bournville chocolates.
Boil in low flame until melt.Boil for another 5 minutes or till milk thickens.
Now add chopped berries & mix.
Cool the mixer & transfer chocolate mixer in a matka.
Cover it with aluminium foil & refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Finally garnish matka kulfi with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
Matka kulfi stays good for a month or more when frozen.
If you want add condensed milk to make it more creamy.
