- 5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup curd
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 cup maida
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ¼ cup grated carrot
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Directions

Add sugar in a bowl.

Add curd to the same bowl.

Now add oil.

Beat until fluffy.

Now add maida on the same bowl.

Now add salt & cardamom powder.

Now add grated carrot.

Add milk & mix gently.

Now finely chop Cadbury Bournville chocolates.

Add chopped chocolates with the cake batter.

Add baking powder & baking soda.

Mix the batter gently & pour in any cake mould. Preheat microwave at 180°© for 5 minutes. Now bake the cake for 10 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool completely.
Allow the cakes to cool completely in the pans set on a wire rack. The cakes must be completely cool before frosting and assembling.
