For the Recipe
- Milk – 750 ml
- Rice –1/3 Cups
- Cadbury Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoon
- Sugar – 1/4 Cups
- Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate chopped – a handful for garnish.
Directions

Wash and soak rice in little water for minimum 30 minutes. Once soaked, blend the rice to fine paste with using blender with the water used for soaking.

In a bowl take 1/2 cup milk and dissolve the rice paste, and cocoa powder. Mix well and keep aside.

In a non-stick pan, add remaining milk and sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves.

Once the sugar dissolves, add the above chocolate, milk and rice mixture and mix it properly so that it does not clump up. Cook at low flame till it thickens. Let it cool.

Serve in a bowl and garnish it with chopped pistachios and chocolate.
