For the Recipe
- Cadbury dairy milk chocolate – 1 Cup
- Boiled/ cooked rice – 1 Cup
- Warm water – ½ Cup
- Cadbury Cocoa powder for dusting – 2 teaspoons
- Almonds, finely chopped – a handful for garnish
Directions

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave, heating it in 10 second intervals until it is completely melted.

In a blender, combine cooked rice, warm water, and the melted chocolate. Blend until you achieve a smooth, velvety mousse like texture.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours until it sets.

Once the pudding is set, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Finally, serve the chocolate pudding with a sprinkle of chopped almonds on top.
