For the Rice Pudding
- Cooked rice (soft) – ½ Cups
- Milk – 1 Cup
- Cadbury Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate – ½ Cups
For the Waffle Batter
- Egg – 1 medium
- Oil – 1 Tablespoon
- Milk – 1 Cup
- Flour – 1 Cup
- Baking powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar – 3 tablespoons
- Cadbury Cocoa powder –1 tablespoon
- Almonds finely chopped – a handful for garnish (5 g)
Directions

In a saucepan boil the cooked rice in the milk and stir till it is slightly thickened.

Then add the cocoa powder and chopped chocolate and mix well till it is combined. Let it cool.

In a bowl combine the all the ingredients for the Pancake except the chopped almonds.

Once combined, add the rice pudding made earlier into the pancake batter and mix well.

Pour the batter onto a waffle maker and sprinkle the chopped almonds on top and let it cook. Once cooked you can have it with your favourite jam.
